We have partnered with The FiVth Summit to create an unforgettable immersive experience through an Ancient Future adventure across Portugal. The FiVth Gathering UP Games invite you to step into Remembrance. We remember a temporal enactment. An enanctment of a coherent thriving civilisation. You are not a participant but a custodian inhabiting a remembered order.
During this immersive journey, our collective focus will be experiencing the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible - from a future perspective.
Our goal is to create a collaborative experience to share visions and solutions from the future. We will have so many experiences that will be nothing short of spectacular.

Time Day
Sunday 3rd May
This will be the main FiVth Summit day where we will gather to kick off our 6 day immersive adventure. Time Day is where we step outside of linear time and into our best selves.

Water Day
Monday 4th May
Water Day is a celebration of the rise of communities and regenerative living. Anticipate feeling community, belonging and shared purpose.

9-11am Water Day opening circle and surf school with Nazaré surf teacher Joao Macado on Praia de Ribeira d’Ilhas
11am Water day brunch at RIBBAI
1pm Journey to Sintra to join the Inner Circle passage through the ancient landscapes of Sintra, led by Grandmaster Templar Timothy Hogan and activated alongside Robert Edward Grant. Through stone and forest, guided by harp music, the journey culminates with a ceremony at the Birthing Monolith
5pm The Vernissage with Robert Edward Grant - opening Living Geometry Art experience
7pm Sage’s Water Day Community Abundance banquet

A day dedicated to the New Renaissance and designing the next era. Fire Day is a celebration of the transformation conscious culture on society and the economy. Anticipate a powerful journey of reflection and integration into the new.

Accommodation
During our week-long adventure, we'll have the opportunity to explore two distinct locations: The charming Portuguese Surf town of Ericeira in Santo Isidoro and one night in Rio Do Prado by Obidos and 2 nights in the Lago Azul Eco Hotel on the iconic Blue Lake.
Beachouse - 3rd May - 6th May
Located in Santo Isidoro near Ribeira d’Ilhas beach, this relaxed stay offers easy access to Ericeira and Lisbon. Guests can enjoy an outdoor pool, barbecue area, and shared kitchen.
Each room features a private bathroom,, along with luxurious amenities. With bike hire available and nearby spots like Sintra and Cascais, it’s an ideal base for both surf and a peaceful escape.
Casa Nabia
Set right on the beachfront in Ericeira, Casa Nabia offers a peaceful escape with ocean views, a lush garden, and a spacious terrace. Rooms are designed for comfort, featuring private bathrooms and balconies, while shared spaces include a lounge, kitchen, and cozy coffee spot.
Just a short walk from Ribeira d’Ilhas Beach and close to Sintra and Cascais, it’s the perfect stay for surfing, slow days, and quiet coastal living.
Rio Do Prado - 6th May - 7th May
Situated near Óbidos Lagoon, Rio do Prado is a nature-led retreat where architecture and landscape blend effortlessly. Designed with a focus on simplicity and sustainability, the space offers serene suites, organic gardens, and a calm, open atmosphere.
With its restaurant, slow-living approach, and connection to the surrounding land, Rio do Prado is made for those seeking quiet, design, and a deeper pause in nature.
Lago Azul Eco Hotel - 7th May - 9th May
Located on the waterfront of the Zezere River, this charming hotel offers lake and mountain views. Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool and a tennis court. The bright rooms at the Lago Azul Eco Hotel are decorated in warm colours and offer views of the surroundings. There is also a cosy lounge with a fireplace, and a games room with a billiards table.
Costs
Participation is €3400 per person which covers all meals, experiences, accommodation for 6 nights - including tickets to the FiVth Summit.
Solo rooms and suites are €5000.
There are up to 12 Academy scholarship positions available for a cost of €2000.
We have up to 12 local participation places without accommodation which range from €300-€1000 for 2-6 days of the experience.
We also have additional places to join the Tomar half Game adventure only which is €2500 in a Solo room/suite, €1700 in a shared room or €1000 on scholarship.

UP Game participation fees go to our non-profit 501c3 and are designed to regeneratively cover the costs of the creation of the experience.
