The Holo Wave UP Games invite you to step into Remembrance. We remember a temporal enactment. An enanctment of a coherent thriving civilisation. You are not a participant but a custodian inhabiting a remembered order.
During this immersive journey, our collective focus will be experiencing the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible - from a future perspective.
Our goal is to create a collaborative experience to share visions and solutions from the future. We will have so many experiences that will be nothing short of spectacular.

On our departure day, we spread out into the world with gratitude for the shared journey and look forward to departing with newfound wisdom and lasting connections.

Accommodation
During our week-long adventure, we'll have the opportunity to explore three distinct locations: Cascais Miragem Hotell with the Holomovement. We then stay for 3 nights in mystical city of Sintra where we will stay in the iconic Quinta Sao Bento and surrounding Quintas. We complete our adventure with two nights in the Lago Azul Eco Hotel on the iconic Blue Lake.
Cascais Miragem Hotel - 29th May - 1st June
Cascais Miragem Health & Spa Hotel is a oceanfront retreat located along Portugal’s stunning Atlantic coastline in Cascais and is home t the Holomovement Wave summit until 1st June. Overlooking the vast blue horizon and the charming seaside promenade, this elegant hotel offers panoramic ocean views, serene wellness spaces, and a vibrant atmosphere where global thinkers gather. Its proximity to Lisbon and the natural beauty of the Cascais coast make it an ideal setting for meaningful connection and inspiration.
Quinta Sao Bento - 1st - 4th June
The historic Quinta Sao Bento is a magnificent and much-loved family home in Sintra, Portugal. A former 16th century manor house and monastic retreat, it offers a timeless setting surrounded by nature and heritage.
Now home to Xintara, the space blends history with a refined, peaceful atmosphere, where guests can experience thoughtful design, wellness, and quiet retreat living in one of Portugal’s most enchanting regions.
Lago Azul Eco Hotel - 4th - 6th June
Located on the waterfront of the Zezere River, this charming hotel offers lake and mountain views. Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool and a tennis court. The bright rooms at the Lago Azul Eco Hotel are decorated in warm colours and offer views of the surroundings. There is also a cosy lounge with a fireplace, and a games room with a billiards table.
Costs
Participation is €4000 per person for a shared room which covers all meals, experiences, accommodation for 8 nights - including tickets to The Wave Gathering. Solo rooms and suites are €6000.
There are up to 12 Academy scholarship positions available for a cost of €3000.
We have up to 12 local participation places without accommodation which range from €300-€1000 for 2-6 days of the experience.
We also have 12 additional places to join the Tomar adventure only which is €1660 in a Solo room/suite, €1140 in a shared room or €660 on scholarship.

UP Game participation fees go to our non-profit 501c3 and are designed to regeneratively cover the costs of the creation of the experience.
