Our goal is to create a collaborative experience to share visions and solutions for the Planetary Eclipse UP Game. We will have so many experiences that will be nothing short of spectacular.

Time Day

Sunday 9th August

We step outside of linear time and into our best selves at S’ermita.

  • 9am Jedi Training workout with Eugene (optional)

  • 10am Breakfast by Shen Shala at S’ermita

  • 11am Opening circle

  • 1pm Team lunch and origin stories

  • 3pm Team Elemental gifting

  • 5pm Immersive concert and Time sovereignty ceremony with Aura, Amu. Mira and friends

  • 7.30pm Depart for opening Temazcal ceremony with Maria

  • Soup dinner following Temazcal

  • Return home in own time

Water Day

Monday 10th August

Water Day is a celebration of the rise of communities and the commons. Anticipate feeling a new sense of community, belonging and shared purpose.

  • 9am Water Opening circle & Ecstatic Dance

  • 11am Water Day Brunch

  • 1pm Community immersion

  • 2pm Depart for San Antonio port to board Passion Cat

  • 4pm Water Team immersion

  • 7pm Dinner onboard

  • 8pm Surprise DJ dance experience

  • Following Sunset return to Port

  • From 10.30pm Water Day afterparty at S’ermita

  • Return home in own time

Fire Day

Tuesday 11th August

Fire Day is a celebration of the transformation conscious culture on society and the economy. Anticipate a powerful journey of reflection and integration into the new.

  • 10am Fire team immersion

  • 2pm Fire Day lunch

  • 4pm Depart for Crystal Mountain experience

  • 5pm Crystal Spa and Sissi Perlinger concert

Air Day - The Eclipse

Wednesday 12th August

Air Day is a celebration of all life unleashing our fullest potential.

  • 9am Eclipse special Kundalini Yoga at S’ermita with Alesiana Ra

  • 10.30am Breakfast

  • 11.30 Opening Air circle at S’ermita

  • 1.30pm Depart for Benirras Lighthouse

  • 2pm Food Abundance Lunch

  • 4pm Benirras beach Swim to cave

  • 6pm Immersive hike to secret eclipse location

  • 7.30-9pm Special Eclipse ceremony with Soma Breath, Niraj Naik, Ella Romand & friends

  • 9pm Dinner and music celebration

  • Return home in own time - moonlit walk or drive

Earth Day

Thursday 13th August

Earth day celebrates Planetary Thriving and our relationship and union with Gaia. Anticipate a variety of activations and ceremonies that will leave us inspired, hopeful and deeply connected with nature.

  • 9am Earth Team led movement and activation at S’ermita

  • 10am Breakfast

  • 11pm Earth immersive experience

  • 1pm Depart for Can Zol Regenerative Farm to Table lunch

  • 3pm Immersive Farm tour

  • 4pm depart for Juntos Regenerative Farm experience

  • 5pm Carpentry and pottery experience

  • 8pm Juntos Farm to Table dinner

  • From 11pm return home in own time

Aether Day

Friday 14th August

Aether Day is the grand crescendo. We bring all our stories together into a unifying narrative that only we can tell - Our Gaian Tradition.

  • Morning movement and breathwork in S’ermita

  • 11am Aether Brunch

  • 1pm Water harvest activation

  • 2pm Fire harvest activation

  • 3pm Air harvest activation

  • 4pm Earth harvest activation

  • 6pm Closing dinner at S’ermita

  • 7.30pm Walk to Garden of Light for closing circle, screening and concert

  • 11pm Walk back to S’ermita for closing party with surprise DJ and live performances

The Water and Earth team stay at S’ermita, the Fire team stays in Crystal Mountain and the Air Team stays on Benirras Beach.

Costs

Participation is €4000 for a shared room which covers all meals, experiences, accommodation.

Solo rooms and suites start at €‎6000. Patron participation starts at €‎10,000.

There are limited low income Academy positions available in the UP Game for a cost of €2000 scholarship.

We have some local participation places without accommodation which range from €‎600-€‎1800
