Following the Earth One Global Assembly we’re inviting leaders to step into our vision of the thriving future together. Our goal is to create a collaborative experience to our visions and solutions from the future. We will have so many experiences that will be nothing short of spectacular. From 22-28th March, you’re invited to an immersive gathering dedicated to reverse-engineering the future of planetary AI, quantum and other transformative technologies to create a regenerative future.

Our adventures begin in San José del Cabo and journeys to the Bay of Dreams on the Sea of Cortez and finishes in Todos Santos. We will inspire each other whilst sailing with whales, hiking, horse riding, snorkeling and more. Most of the magic of the UP Game will remain a mystery until you experience it… But to give you a taste for what is in store…

Sunday, 22nd of March

On this day we will step outside of time together and into our best selves. For those attending Earth One there is a schedule for the day and for those not attending Earth One we will meet for a welcome dinner in the evening.

Water Day is a celebration of the rise of communities and regenerative living. Anticipate feeling community, belonging and shared purpose.

Accommodations

During this UP Game, we will spend the first two nights in Hotel El Ganzo (one night if not attending Earth One) and then two nights at Gran Sueño Resort on the Bay of Dreams by the Sea of Corez and then the final 2 nights in Casa Bella & Villas La Mar in Todos Santos.

Hotel El Ganzo

Hotel El Ganzo is a creative sanctuary overlooking the Sea of Cortez in San José del Cabo. Known for its artistic spirit, rooftop infinity pool, and private beach club, it blends contemporary design with raw coastal beauty. Here, we will open the Game immersed in ocean views, golden sunsets, and a vibrant yet intimate atmosphere that invites reflection and connection.

Gran Sueño - Bay of Dreams

Gran Sueño is an exclusive beachfront retreat nestled in Bahía de los Sueños, where desert meets the Sea of Cortez. Surrounded by vast horizons, turquoise waters, and peaceful seclusion, this intimate resort offers the perfect space for activation and expansion. Its natural simplicity and expansive views create a powerful container for Fire and Air Day experiences. We are lucky to have the whole place to ourselves for our immersive adventure.

Casa Bella & Villas La Mar – Todos Santos

Located in the vibrant pueblo mágico of Todos Santos, Casa Bella and next door Villas La Mar offer a serene and elegant stay between mountains and the Pacific Ocean. Todos Santos is known for its artistic culture, surf beaches, and bohemian charm. Casa Bella provides a tranquil base for our Earth and Aether Days — blending comfort, authenticity, and nature.

In this setting, we integrate the journey — rooted in the earth, inspired by the sea, and surrounded by creative spirit.

Costs

Participation is $‎4000 per person which covers all meals, experiences, accommodation at all locations.

Solo rooms and suites start at $‎6000.

UP Game participation fees are designed to only cover the costs of the creation of the experience.

For NGO and low income leaders there are Academy scholarship positions available in the UP Game for a cost of $‎2000.

Participants are able to participate pro rata for these costs based on what they can attend - $666/night in shared room. $1000/night in solo room. And $333/night for those on low income scholarships.

We have 12 local participation places without accommodation which is $333/day regular or $166/day on low income scholarship.
